Welcome to the December 29th full moon in cancers channeled messages and guided meditation.
The theme that I have been getting for this upcoming two week period is really about trusting the spiritual journey and trusting your purpose.
So I'm going to dive right in with the channeled message so we can get to that meditation. What I received this morning was there is a bigger spiritual energy than anything that we can understand. The universe is much more in-depth and complicated than we realize. To try and understand we put labels and fears around it because we crave understanding, we crave knowing everything's gonna be okay.
That it's this simple path that we have to follow just do these things right and everything will be okay. But the truth is we only see a tiny sliver about what this soul's journey is about. It's about more than this lifetime. But what we have to do in this lifetime is don't deny our souls direction. Even if we don't understand what it is and we don't get it.
Our intuition and our guides will lead the way. You will get exactly what you need and you will get exactly where you need to be if you don't ignore the signs.
So now in this meditation we are going to work through understanding how to see those signs and take action even when we don't understand the full picture.
So let's begin by getting in a comfortable position whether that's seated or laying down for you. You may want to have a journal handy in case you are given information that you don't want to lose.
So let's start with some deep breathing. Take a deep breath in and exhale. Take a deep breath in and exhale. Take a deep breath in and exhale.
Now let's create a protective energy around ourselves. I want you to imagine a great white light coming up from mother earth cleansing the space around you cleansing you.
And now imagine it forming a barrier around you almost like an eggshell. Nothing bad can come in. Only good can come in. Feel the positive energy that this protective shield brings you.
Relax in knowing that you can go deep into your meditation knowing that you are protected. Now let's call in your spirit guides, angels, anyone who wants to help you on this journey.
Ask yourself what gentle nudges have you been ignoring?
What whispers from the universe keep coming up and you keep pushing away?
What do you feel like you are being called to do so what problems keep coming up?
What from this problem is a pattern that I am ignoring?
Now ask the guides who have been accompanying you on this meditation, is there anything else that you need to know in relationship to what they've already given you or something completely different.
Let's take a final deep breath in together, inhaling and exhaling. Slowly returning our presence to where we are. Opening our eyes, wiggling our toes and our hands. And gently coming back to the space.
I encourage you to take some time and journal deeper into these questions that we have been given the answers are sometimes multi-layered and may even come over multiple days. Especially with a full moon you might do it at the very start of a full moon and then again a couple of days later as those energies have started to work through it.
So revisit the journal prompts that were given in the meditation and wait for your answers to arrive.
